Does unused time roll over?
No. Your monthly allowance reserves ongoing availability and expires at the end of each month. This keeps workloads predictable and response times reliable.
Can I request work beyond my allowance?
Yes. Additional work is estimated first and only begins after you approve it.
Do you support sites you didn't build?
Yes, after an initial Website Review & Setup. This confirms access, identifies existing issues and makes sure the site is suitable for ongoing support.
Is this only for Webflow and Squarespace?
Webflow and Squarespace are the primary platforms that I support. I can also offer support for sites built using Astro and Lumos. Other website projects and related digital work can be reviewed individually.
Can I cancel?
Plans begin with a three-month commitment, then continue month to month with 30 days' notice required if you want to cancel.
